We built our brick and mortar store smack dab in the center of the historic Chattanooga area, with several historic trails and popular kayaking rivers only a short drive away.
Here's a just a sample of the big "Must Visit" hotspots in the region. Feel free to call and ask about our tour and rental services, we just want you to get outdoors as soon as possible.
- The Camp Jordan Arena is a 4,000-seat multi-purpose arena in East Ridge, Tennessee (a suburb of Chattanooga) built in 1993. Formerly home to the Tennessee River Sharks of the National Indoor Football League. Battlefield-Outdoors will be on site at Camp Jordan in the summer of 2019 to offer rentals and sell disc golf equipment.
- A creek that passes through Northern Georgia, with numerous easy access points both Catoosa and Walker county. With a rough length of 20 miles if traveling from the furthest apart access points, and numerous drop off points to suit both newbies and veterans of watercraft. Battlefield-Outdoors offers both kayak rentals and shuttle rides to several of this creek's nearby access points. Call ahead, or when our online booking service is setup you can schedule a future trip into local waters.
Elsie A Holmes Nature Park
- A nature funded for and in memory of a Mr. Elsie A Holmes, offering over two miles of walking trails through both forest and wooded creeks. Signs exist to help visitors come to know the local flora and fauna that grow in our wilds, and all the amenities your family will likely need after a two mile walk through the woods, especially restrooms!
