Free Shipping Details
We'd love to ship everything for free, but that's just not feasible for our business. Here's what's included and excluded in free shipping:
- FREE U.S. STANDARD SHIPPING on orders with a pre-tax subtotal of $75 or more; other discounts applied could change your subtotal.
- Offer not valid on return shipments, special orders, prior purchases, gift cards, shop services, or rentals.
- Free Shipping does not apply to Kayaks, see details below for kayak shipping costs.
- Offer is limited to in-stock items and is nontransferable nor redeemable for cash.
- Offer limited to standard shipping to U.S. addresses only (including APOs and FPOs).
- Oversized shipping charges apply for any heavy or large items in your order.
- Oversized shipping charges will be shown in your cart (click here to check your cart), not on the checkout page.

Kayak Shipping Details
After much thought we have decided that we cannot offer kayak shipping at this time. Freight prices have risen and product damage rates have skyrocketed unfortunately.
Bicycle Shipping Details
We are currently shipping all of our bikes for free! Although we do attach a $20.00 handling fee for some of the larger heavier bikes to offset the cost of the large box and shipping materials needed to keep the bike safe during its journey.
Standard Shipping Details
We ship most items via UPS, USPS, and FedEx, while larger items such as kayak are shipped via freight line (semi truck). Shipping rates will vary depending on the item's size and weight and we do our best to charge reasonably. We strive to ship orders on the same business day (M-F) that we receive by 2pm EST. For example, if you placed orders at 3am and 1pm, both orders will be delivered to the carrier between 2-3pm that same day, and an order placed at 4pm will be delivered to the carrier the following business day. You will be notified by via E-mail upon label creation, stating the order has shipped - this is not the same as "scanned by carrier" and we unfortunately cannot state exactly when the carrier will physically scan the item into their system. Typically items dropped at the carrier at 3pm will be scanned in the next business-day morning around 9am and begin their journey to you.
Merchandise purchased from Battlefield Outdoors may be returned or exchanged within 14 DAYS of the original purchase date. All items returned to Battlefield Outdoors must be in new (sellable) condition. This means items must be in original condition and packaging with all tags, manuals, instructions, etc, in the same shape as received by the customer when purchased. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to return their package to Battlefield Outdoors if shipping is necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: Once a Kayak has been used in Water it is no longer considered new and can not be returned.
- To process any return you must first contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at 706-841-0040.
- Once you have contacted us for a return the return authorization will be valid for 15 days.
- Items not received by Battlefield Outdoors within 30 days will not be accepted.
- Any item/items returned without first contacting Battlefield Outdoors to receive return instructions will be refused.
The amount paid by Battlefield Outdoors for shipping an item(s) to the customer will not be reimbursed if the item(s) are being returned for an issue that is not due to a Battlefield Outdoors fulfillment issue. Damaged items over $500 must go through a claim process before a return is authorized.
