The C-Tug cart is specifically designed to rest your kayak or canoe on the rubberized pads when transporting. The 2013 C-Tug trolleys are now supplied with high grip, rubber tread puncture-free wheels. This means hassle-free usage and no more flat tires . Note: if you have an older C-Tug with pneumatic wheels you can purchase the new puncture free wheels to help in soft sand or mud. Tool free assembly

I used this cart on a Hobie Outback and a Hobie Pro Angler 14 360 and it works great on both. Easy to set the kayak on top without having to tilt or lean it and it handles rough terrain pretty well. It's not great in sand, but I'm very rarely in sandy soils.
